First deck:
Red Cards = Pushups
Spades = Right Leg Lunges
Clubs = Left Leg Lunges
Second Deck:
Red Cards = Pushups
Black Cards = Bodyweight Squats
Damage:
380 Pushups
95 Right Leg Lunges
95 Left Leg Lunges
190 Bodyweight Squats
Ugh.
